Prof. Dr. Arzu Razak Özdinçler, after working at Istanbul University for 30 years and retiring, is now the Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Fenerbahçe University in Istanbul, Turkey. She graduated from Hacettepe University School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in 1989. She received her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from Istanbul University. Both of her thesis topics are stroke rehabilitation. Dr. Arzu Razak Özdinçler has many publications, especially in the field of Neurological Rehabilitation. She has conducted five national research projects funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK). Two of these have been completed, and the others are ongoing. She is a board member of the Science Education Research Commission Subgroup of the Turkish Physiotherapy Association.
