Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 45 days of the congress start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@physicaltherapyconferences.org. Refunds will be processed based on the date of cancellation, only after the congress completion:
Cancellation before 60 days of the congress start date will receive a full refund, less a $99 towards the processing fee.
Cancellation within 60 days of the congress start date is non-refundable.
Note: No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control, such as weather conditions, natural calamities, pandemics, visa issues, flight/travel difficulties, health issues, etc., or other conditions or circumstances beyond the congress committee's control.
